Jam Radio offers free downloads and streaming radio of live shows. We take the time to ensure that all our music and playlists come from Trade Friendly groups, and as such, you are free to copy and trade the songs and shows amongst yourselves, though we suggest that you carefully investigate the sharing/taping agreement of each band if you intend on redistributing them from your own website. We provide each artist's sharing/taping agreement on their setlists page. Where no official policy was available, we have gained permission through the artists or their management. All of Jam Radio's featured artists retain full copyright of the music as posted on this site.

As a general policy, this site respects the rights of artists. In no way does this site condone the sharing of copyrighted information without the permission of the artists. Due to the transitionary nature of the information on the internet, and the constant changing of copyright law, it sometimes becomes difficult to keep abreast of changes made to policy agreements. If you are the copyright holder for anything on this site, and we have made an error in interpreting your trading and taping policy, please contact us immediately and we will remove the offending music from the site.
